Terms & Conditions

  1. A deposit of £50 per room is required to secure a booking.
  2. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellations, we do reserve the right to charge the full amount. However, we would always  endeavour to re-let the room.
  3. Cancellation insurance is always recommended.
  4. Children of 12+ years are welcome
  5. Cheques to be made payable to Mrs J L Rowe
  6. We regret we cannot accept payment by credit/debit card
  7. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice
  8. Nancherrow Cottage is a non smoking house
  9. Regretably we do not take pets.
